Cancellation & Late Policy
Dealing with clients who frequently cancel appointments and are not on time is very challenging for the Sugarwaxed team.
At Sugarwaxed, we try our best to accommodate to all our clients. However, if clients repeatedly cancel without providing sufficient notice, or are late for their appointment, it is difficult for us to provide the best service for every client. We have no choice but to enforce our cancellation/late policy to compensate our hair removal specialist in a fair and amicable way as the appointment slot is reserve exclusively for the client who cancelled or who’s late for the appointment.
As most of your appointments are booked in early, sometimes up to three months in advance, it’s perfectly normal to lose track of your appointments, which is why we request that all bookings be confirmed 24 to 72 hours in advance. An email or WhatsApp confirmation will be sent to you 24 to 72 hours prior to your schedule appointment. Should there be no response, we will follow up with a phone call.
Please note that we will do our best to hold your bookings for as long as possible, but reserve the right to cancel appointments that remain unconfirmed 24 hours before their scheduled time. We will try our best to contact you via WhatsApp or telephonically should the event occur. Unreachable clients who wish to keep their unconfirmed appointments are advised to contact us before making their way over to Sugarwaxed.
Cancellation Of Appointments
Kindly make any changes (rescheduling/service changes/cancellations) at least 24 hours in advance. Changes made within the 24 hour window will be considered last-minute.
For Sugartier credit and package holders, there will be a full service price of deposit deducted if there is more than 3 cancellations (in a period of 6 months).
For Non-Sugartier credit holders, a deposit of the full service price is needed after 2 cancellations (in a period of 6 months) and the deposit will be forfeited upon cancellation or no show.
Cancellation histories are renewed every six months. Clients with a history (three times or more over six months) of last-minute cancellations, changes or no-shows will be required to pay for their subsequent bookings in advance in order to secure their slots.
Clients with prepayments. No-shows, last-minute cancellations/rescheduling or service changes made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, your prepayments will be forfeited as a cancellation fee.
When you are more than 10 minutes late for your scheduled appointments, we have the right to move your appointment to a later time slot or cancel the appointment.
Sugarwaxed accepts payments via PayNow, NETS, Cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Atome, Shopback and Grabpay.
Sugarwaxed reserves the right to refuse service to any person demonstrating inappropriate, abusive or hostile behaviour.
